Services to Community

  • Facilitation & Curriculum Building

Michelle Martinez is a skilled facilitator and holder of process. She’s received training in forms of restorative practice, media making, social change strategies, and consensus building. Whether it’s building a healthy work culture, a vision for campaigns, or organizational strategy, dialogue helps us build a common analysis and hold uncertainty together. Add a layer of well-crafted research and groups can enhance their understanding of their own power in the landscape of change. Together -- organizing a power analysis for social justice can be transformative if we center teaching, and learning together.

    Public Speaking

Small group dialogue, local chapters, or national stages, Michelle speaks about racism, community-building, climate justice, and social change strategies.

Together communities walk in vision and need the space and capacity to engage in direct dialogue. Through dialogue, we become active participants in shaping our own understanding and a collective vision. Walking that vision together requires understanding the risks, and rewards, of supporting each other on the journey.
